This is probably the grossest-looking food I've ever photographed. It tastes delicious, though!
It is:
•two, baked, gold potatoes
•two heads of broccoli
•sauce made from yellow onion, red pepper, cashews & nutritional yeast.
Again, from Forks Over Knives, and again, delicious.
